For those of you involved in church leadership and/or ministry, his video is funny but will make you think too. It poses this question… “What if Starbucks marketed like the church?”
We never did the whole photo booth thing when we were dating. Not sure why, maybe they were illegal in the area of Indiana where we met? Anyways, one night we were trying to take a picture for our Christmas cards, it got late and things went downhill fast. But hey, we finally did get our photo booth pics!
So I get this email this morning letting me know that I had sold a t-shirt. What???
Turns out I was messing around with Zazzle two years ago and as a joke I created this t-shirt based on the then popular Geico “caveman apology” commercial. Just logged in and I’ve inadvertently sold three of them since Nov 2006. It still is pretty funny. So when do I get my $3.85 commission check?
I recently poked fun at my someone who brought their laptop into the bathroom when I thought… Yea I guess it’s not so funny after all. Don’t we read magazines and newspapers “in there”? Isn’t RSS the newspaper and magazine of the new century? Sorry babe…
A few weeks ago I decided to search for some gift ideas and see what other people were getting their wives as birthday gifts. The criteria were “Wife > 25-30 > Birthday”. Amongst the jewelry, keepsakes and other miscellaneous gift ideas I can’t believe I didn’t think of a “pole dancing kit”! Thanks FindGift.com! This will go great in our living room! (We’ll tell the kids it’s a fire pole?)
I could see if this were just one in a lot of risque gift ideas but it was a single suggestion amidst a bunch of other seemingly normal gifts. Funny because it was so out of place! Unless I’m just WAY out of touch?? If so, I’ll stay here happy in my ignorance.
It’s been a few months since the folks over at Got Milk released a new White Gold video. But they posted a new one on Monday. I don’t think this one is as funny as the others but you be the judge.
This is too funny… I included the original 1985 classic by a-ha as a point of reference. Once you’ve watched a bit of the original, jump down and watch the literal re-make.

So I was trying to explain to Brin this evening what theremin was and how it works and promised her a YouTube video to solidify my explanation. I never expected to come across this! I hand it to the guy from a patriotic standpoint but this is just too funny. I count, let me see… How many facial expressions? Oh yea: ONE! See if you can sit through all SIX MINUTES of this one! Each melody just gets funnier on this strange but wonderful instrument. If you still haven’t had enough you can catch his 35 minute concert or his many other videos and lessons!
