    I just saw this video the other day on someone's blog. Freaking awesome! It's funny for anyone who has ever worked with youth, but it also holds a great message.

    Loved the quote about him wanted to raise up a bunch of "flamers" who are "proud of it" :-)

    Yea, too funny! My favorite part is when he has everyone close their eyes and then open them quick once the kids with 'issues' stand…. Classic!
